Water leak above dump handle?

Hello guys,



My 2015 27 fb eddie bauer seems to have a slow drip coming from above the gray water dump handle. It is also starting to drip from the led light gasket between the dump handles.



There is copper plumbing that extends up and into the body just above the gray water dump valve and it's coming from there. I looked under the closet to see the upper portion of the pipe and it's dry.



I'm located outside of vegas and I'm fulltiming. It has dropped below freezing a few times. I use the furnace on cold nights to keep the pipes warm. I'm plugged into city water all the time and use a heated water hose.



Any ideas?
