Planning a trip to Paso Robles

We are planning a trip to Paso Robles in January, any recommendations for places to stay? We have a AS Flying Cloud 23D and are planning on hitting some of the wineries. We will be in Paseo Robles for 3 - 4 nights and can split on time in different parks.
