New TV now what?

I came up with a with a TV mount that holds a 22 inch LED Tv 3/8 inch from the wall, behind the bench seat and still moves for better viewing and access to the back Tv wire connections, if anyone needs such a thing? What I hope is someone can help me with is what to do with that large hole in my dash any ides please would be helpful. It's a 30 foot 1998 land yacht motorhome. My brother thought a wine rack, I don't think so!
