Need some interior light knobs

We have two trailers that are short knobs for the interior lights. There are 6 lights that are all there except the knob part that switches on the light. The actual lights have plastic rectangular light covers that were used in both the 1965 Overlander and the 1966 Safari. If anyone knows where to find some of these knobs, I would love to know.
