I did a quick search for this, but didn't find it. Forgive me if I'm duplicating here, but I'm kinda in a hurry.
Some &^&$%#*! pulled the electrical cord out too far :angry::angel: and I can't get the spring-loaded spool to retract it. Does anyone have any tricks for getting it to work? Or a work-around?
