Often times it's easy to offer up "cautionary feedback" (myself included) on dealerships, but it seems less often that positive feedback and recognition is given (again, guilty myself).
This is an opportunity we would like to simply state that our recent experience in purchasing our new Airstream, from Camper Clinic II (Austin, TX), was a truly a positive experience, in every respect (touring the available inventory, discussing our trade-in value, delivery/acceptance of the new Airstream, Service staff setting up our new towing equipment, purchasing a few items for installation, their assistance to make the move from previous RV to new RV, follow up afterwards).
The Sales staff, the Service staff, the Business Manager, every aspect of the purchase experience was outstanding. I can say with all sincerity, we are 100% satisfied customers and happy to see a completely different Camper Clinic II that we feel we can depend on for future Service and support.
