Cutter Stairway Cover

Next thing will be installing a gas strut on the cover that hinges down over the front entry stairs - to save the admittedly minor hassle of messing around with the press stud. It will not need to be secured in the up position and should go down in a slightly more controlled speed than the current free-fall mode.



Before I get too technical with weights and moment arms and such, I thought I would check if anyone has beaten me to it and figured out optimum length and force for the gas spring
