I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
1963 AIRSTREAM OVERLANDER LANDYACHT 26' (GREAT RESTORATION PROJECT)
Trailer has been gutted on the inside. Partial oak cabinetry remains and could be used for a patern for restoration. The P.O. left a fair amount of the original interior wood, along with potable water tank. Floor needs replacing. Two windows are broke, all others work well. 120 volt power works in trailer, NO 12VDC inverter. Tail & brake lights work fine.Original Armstrong A/C unit. Original heater.Original gas lines in place. Dura-Torque axles. (3) original hubcaps.
Exterior skins are in very nice shape other than a couple small dings. Belly pan/skins are also in very nice shape. The rear rectangular skin (4' x 5'approx.) under the black water tank is missing along with . Other than the typical surface rust, all visible frame parts are fine. Tires hold air but are basically shot. I pulled the trailer home (20 miles), wheel bearings were totally cool...not even warm. She pulls nice ! CLEAR TITLE !
