Air conditioner, new electric refrigerator, new Atwood 6 gal. propane/electric hot water heater, original propane furnace, propane 4 burner stove and oven combo. Full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower/tub combo.
Interior:
Newer laminate floor in front of coach, New pex fresh water plumbing ran from back of coach to fresh water pump, double bed in bedroom and couch makes a double bed
Exterior:
Tires in good condition, original aluminum propane tanks, all new LED lighting, all original curved glass windows, replaced all window and entrance door gaskets, sealed all exterior windows with vulkum or par bond.
Polish on exterior.
