Dometic Gets D- for thermostat design

Well my almost new Dometic Briskair lets me down again. First it was the thermostat not working at all with the heater strip and now the AC won't stay on in humid conditions. The AC won't work at all below about 70F. This means that if you are in some place like FL and you are not in the sun or it is early morning or at night, that you get NO HUMIDITY control because the AC won't stay on. 75F with 80% humidity is not comfortable. I have already had to rig a separate thermostat for the heater and now I am going to have to figure out how to fix this crappy thermostat. I need to find a dual mode one so it will work on heat as well.
