This is a fully refinished 1990 Limited.
that has been carefully designed to be FULLY OPERATIONAL as a BOON=DOCKING RIG, off grid W/ FULL SOLAR systems.

Solid Red Oak and High polish brass throughout- All cabinets refinished, new brass pulls and hinges on all cabinets. Brass accessories throughout
SOLAR- 275W Kyrocia Panel, 3 Fall River AGM batteries
with a a 3000-6000W inverter keeps all the LED lights throughout the A/S in addition to the 2 new fantastic fans running without any problem. MEDECO Deadbolt, it is "bumpproof" Fully ceramic tinted windows, new custom designed thermal backed drapes by JP Drapes, New Bali Blinds, day night with an easy lift. Thee are the double honeycomb for additional insulation.
Custom Dinette table with spalted maple, ebony and mahogney inlays. New Delta faucets in the Kitchen and shower, solid brass swan neck in the bath. Corian throughout in the kitchen and bath.
Shower tub removed, striped to the fiberglass, restored with 2 part gelcoat, same with the front LP cover. 2 New AL W40# Worthington LP Tanks.
New Norcold 7.5 CF Refridge, New Atwood Hot Water Heater. New AC unit installed 4 years ago. New Whisper King H2O Pump. New Pex and brass from front to back. New City Water intake and check valve. R-19 installed inside bellypan in the rear where Queen bed is, single digit tested and approved ;-)
Solid floors, no rot or leaks in the entire A/S
This is a Twin conversion to a queen on a custom built platform which gives unprecedented amount of extra storage. Storage overhead is exceptional! 2 forward bulkhead cabinets, 6 overhead in the galley, 5 overhead in the rear, with 2 additional in the rear bulkhead.
Appraised by Polk Appraisals in February 2015 for an agreed value insurance policy. Airstream assessed at exceptional in all categories. The photos speak for themselves, however i will do my best to list the restoration. Everything in this beautiful Airstream has been touched, only the original Magic Chef remains, as I cant do without a 4 burner stove, however I had the top professionally sandblasted and powder coated.
Professionally installed Berber carpet front to back w/ underlying padding. Oak floor in the galley refinished.
2 new fantastic Fans w/ rain sensors and auto temp. Exterior Maxx Air Covers
Exterior stripped and new striping and design added. All awnings 100% functional... Main roadside & long 3' on the curbside as well as 1 over each bedroom window. All new AL mag rims, 70% new tread on all tires Maxxis 8008 D Load, with spare on a AL mag dress rim.Custom Black / Grey dump hose with hazmat easy cam fittings. Stores in custom powder coated tube on back deck.
Cool Coated on top of the roof to reduce interior temperatures up to 15 degrees. Jackson Center Ohio Anniversary push guard on screen door.
Reese Dual Cam anti-sway with 1000# Bars included.
