Current owners used trailer primarily while parked as resident volunteers at wildlife refuges and retreat centers where toilet and shower facilities were provided. Consequently, bathroom is like new. (Shower stall doubles as a great wine cellar!).
Well maintained exterior clear-coat; minor dents and scratches result from routine use. Lovingly used and maintained.
