I found a P12000 model for sale on craigslist. NOT local. I'm considering contacting the seller for more info but wondering if someone here can offer some advice on purchasing such an item "sight unseen". Are these furnaces pretty straight-forward and easy to troubleshoot/repair? That is, if it were to arrive in non-working condition for whatever reason. Could it be easily/economically repaired? And lastly, what questions would you ask of the seller?
