My 7 year old Dometic Penguin II has stopped working. Before it stopped it began emitting a low hum about 3 seconds duration, for a few hours, then went completely Tango Uniform.
The fan still works.
Is this a simple repair? What is the likelyhood it is:
1. the start/run capacitor on the compressor,
2. the control board,
3. total replacement.
