Sliding doors for bathroom cabinet

I am wanting to paint the sliding doors for the bathroom cabinets are they have discolored over the years is there a paint anyone has used that has worked for these areas.



Also, do you have to take the slide out of the cabinet? If so...how would you do that without taking the cabinet off the wall?
