Outside Light

I am remodeling a 1974 Excella 500 in which everything will be shore power and nothing on 12v any longer. However, I want the light above the door and the light on the front side to still work (I have attached a PDF picture of the lights I am speaking of). Any good suggestions for a smaller converter that I can use and control these lights by one switch?
