Not onl yis this my first Airstream but my first travel trailer as well.
I recently purchased a 1999 Airstream 27' Safari in fairly good shape. Now cosmetically it needs a little updating but all in all I feel like it is in pretty good shape.
So the rear bedroom circuit is dead. The DC Lights does not work in the Hallway or the Bedroom which is a rear two twin beds.
According to my wiring diagram the purple circuit is the one that is not working. So I took a tested ad checked the purple wire at the fuse box and I have power there.
I switched fuses and this did nothing.
I took off the light switch and according to my tester the switch is good.
I tested the two press on solder-less connectors and no power.
I actually cut the connector off and re-stripped the wires and still no power.
I'm a newbie here and do not know where to look next...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
