Need thermostat for Armstrong A.C.?

Hello all, anyone know how to get thermostat for a 1973 safari with Armstrong ac? Honeywell made the original. wonder what I could replace it with today? Compressor kicks on then off immediately so guess it's the thermostat, a capacitor, or... The compressor. so thought I'd start by getting the proper tstat if available.
