Twin rear bedroom, mid compartment split bath, front gaucho foldown to double bed. New tires, new batteries, 1 full length awning with metal closed awning cover. Awning not faded, torn nor moulded. There is some clear coat peeling;maybe 6 small hail dings. Interior is decorated in a seafoam/light gray mixture. Carpet throughout in excellent condition. All systems in working order. Spare tire is nothing to write home about but would serve in a pinch. New insulated pleated window drapes and matching new shades.
