1990 A/S Excella 1000. 32' hitch to bumper, 28' interior length. Double axle, 6,300 pounds "dry weight",700 pound tongue weight. "Equalizer" brand towing/weight distribution assembly included. Awnings all the way around. 30 amp service, 2000 watt inverter.
Second owners, original Canadian owners ordered from Jackson Center, OH with the "artic-package" delivered to Can-Am A/S dealer in New London, Ontario. Unit's maintenance history is available there. Our records we have on hand.
Rear double twins, classic 3 door cedar lined closet, with bathroom/shower towards the rear.
Front couch folds to a full size bed, sleeps four adults comfortably (total). Our upgrades include.
Re-upholstered front chair and couch, "wood"laminate flooring, New A/C, New Refrigerator, New Toilet, 100% re-built ducted furnace. All new tires (4), new brakes, fresh re-pack on wheel bearings. Unit has pulled and camped awesome for us 4 years now. Our children are getting older and we are looking to get a triple axle A/S with slide-out dinette. We are 3rd time A/S owners and have a well cared for, always properly winterized unit ready to pull anywhere in America with a 1/2 ton pick-up / equivalent SUV.
