Plumbing fixtures now have easy access. All new electrical converter, fuse panel and breakers. A new hot water heater with switch start. No more lighting pilot light in the rain with the mosquitos biting you.Inside and outside repairs that are twice as good as original condition. Everything works. Selling to downsize because I no longer live in it full time.
