Title: 1976 Airstream Argosy 24 - Oregon

I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

1976 Airstream Argosy 24' camp trailer. I got this trailer last year and took it straight to Les Schwab for brakes and new bearings. I pulled this trailer a few hundred miles and got the title/tags for it in Oregon. Now this trailer is waiting for the next step. I work on these desirable trailers to get them back into the camping world. I kinda over extended myself and this particular one is going to have to go so I can catch up on some bills. This Argosy is in pretty good shape for its age. You won't have to go looking for a lot of odds and ends to make it the way it used to be because it is already all there, cabinets, counters, emblems. If you ever wanted to restore a trailer or want one that is all original then this trailer is by far your best shot as it is more intact than any trailer I have seen. This model has the rear bedroom, center full size bed with wardrobe across from the bed, front dining and the kitchen is between the bedroom and dining room. This is a great layout and provides the maximum amount of space for only a 24' trailer. This is a light weight trailer and is super easy to pull. This was a bicentennial trailer and should probably be repainted red white and blue but that is up to you. The front right bottom section has a couple of dents as seen in the photos but this could be replaced or hidden by rock guards pretty easy. The front windows are intact and look great. The rear window has been replaced with plexiglass but could easily be replaced with privacy glass. Work is needed on this trailer but not like the gutted ones that are way overpriced. I have not tested any of the plumbing, electrical or gas, and would expect they need attention or repairs. The original hubcaps are in the photos of the inside of the trailer. If you put a few more bucks into this trailer you could have a super trailer that will last a lifetime. These aluminum framed trailers last 10 times longer than the trailers that are being made today. The Argosy was the B grade aluminum from Airstream and that is why they painted them but the rest of the trailer has the same components as the Airstream, made by Airstream, sold by Airstream.
