Spinal pain and circulation and bruising in the legs

I hit a large pothole in a truck. I was slammed toward the floor, in the seat. The airride seat rebounded and catapulted me toward the ceiling. My seatbelt stopped my upward momentum but my neck and head continued upward and got whipped around. It had been 10 months. My neck still hurts and has limited ROM. I can't tilt left and right and I can only swivel left and right about 90degrees. My arms both have numbness and tingling with reduced strength all the way to the fingertips. Worse in the left hand. Like they weigh 500 pounds each. I run short of breath after climbing 10 steps. The most concerning thing is I have blood veins and vessels all over my legs that are rupturing and I am starting to get covered with bruises. I am a 43 year old male who was in great physical shape before this started. I weighed 145 pounds at 5'7"tall. I have never smoked or used drugs. I rarely drink. I know I'm not a kid anymore, but something is terribly wrong. The Quack I have been seeing has done 2 cervical MRIs,a thoracic MRI, and an EMG on my left hand. The results are all different. It's like they're from different people. I'm certain I'm not getting good care. I understand this may be a difficult diagnosis, but I need something done. Is there someone who can give me any ideas? I believe I damaged something in my spine that is cutting offf my circulation.........
