Wondering what others experiences are like when exercising.
When I practice my Tai Chi my fingers, hands and forearms tingles a lot. Like they are going to sleep. Sometimes I can feel it on my upper arm too, from under my armpit to my elbow. The closer to my elbow the more it tingles. I can feel it inside my skin, inside my muscles, but it is not muscular. It feels like an electrical wire inside my arm that starts to tingle as it gets closer to my hands.
Also, the bottom of my feet tingle like crazy too.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
