I've had knee pain for over 2 years and have seen GPs, physios, bio mechanics, and an osteopath.
They all just tell me keep to your exercises and it will go away. Exercises help limit the pain but never fix the problem
I have had a blood test which came back fine and a MRI which just showed swelling under both knee caps
I also get a ****** wrist sometimes but i think that's' unrelated and from using computer mouse at work too long
I have flat feet but have worn insoles to combat over pronation for more than two years now.
The pain begun after i went for a long jog, having not jogged in a long while and not wearing good shoes. then it went for weeks and came back and hasn't left
I exercise regularly and this helps. Being dormant causes great discomfort. If i leave my knee cocked for an extended period, like when i am driving, this can lead to great pain. Or just sitting around makes it worse.
Anyway thanks to anyone for reading :jester:
