I have had allergies basically all my life. They were much more severe when I little, but are still there strongly enough. Last night I couldn't sleep at all because I could not get them calmed down.
So, I'm wondering what could be causing my symptoms. I sneeze and I have itchy eyes, etc. with most of my allergies, but lately I have been having a lot of symptoms like the roof of my mouth, my throat, and even my ears itch like crazy. And, medications don't seem to work for this. I take Clarinex everyday and sometimes Benadryl.
I don't think it could be from anything I'm eating because it often starts away from food, even hours before or after I eat. I also haven't changed what I'm eating. Does anyone know the cause of this or have ideas to treat it?
