Husky Center Line Hitch Thoughts

I have been using this hitch for 5 years. It was sold to me when I bought my 2010 Classic 30. My trailer tows beautifully. No sway at all. Unfortunately, the square 'D' pins holding the leveler bars in place get bent...pretty much right away. Has been doing this since I got the setup. I should have said something sooner. Last week, when removing the pins, one was sheered in two. Makes me a bit nervous now.



Anybody else had this problem?



I contacted customer support. They called me back and said that is NOT supposed to happen but, unfortunately, they didn't have an answer as to why.
