Airstream trailer values

Looking at 25ft to 27ft airstream to purchase but the list price compared to the nada used retail price is quite a ways apart. So I guess I'm needing some advice from airstream owners about how to value the trailers. Some I've looked at are 8 to 10 thousand higher that nada. Are they selling for that big of difference in price. It would appear to me that the airstreams hold there value very well.
