It was purchased in 2007 with the intention to use it and has been stored since then, hasn't moved or been used at all. The invoice price of the trailer brand new was $67,000. It was purchased at Camper Clinic II in Buda, Texas. The serial number is 1STC5AA137J519948 . The interior is in MINT, or Brand New condition. The appliances have never been used and the bathroom has never been ran.
