Dual Heat Pump Temperature Control

After using both heat pumps in our new FC, I think something must be connected backwards. The front unit, Zone 2, runs until the temperature in the rear, Zone 1 is satisfied. The rear unit, Zone 1, runs until the inside temperature in Zone 2 is satisfied. So, it can get very hot, or cold, in Zone 1 while the heat pump in Zone 1 is still running, trying to control the temperature in the other zone, and vice versa. Is something wired backwards?

I would appreciate any advice. It is on our list for our first factory visit, but if it is something I could correct now, I would do it.
