We just listed our 1966 Airstream Overlander for Sale on Airstream Classifieds.
Year: 1966 Make: Airstream Model: Overlander Length: 26'
This beautiful airstream is in Great Condition for her age. A few dings, a little sunburn - she is a Florida Girl - but lots of new improved parts. Everything works! Shiny! You'll be extremely pleased.
Everything has been checked out and repaired or replaced by professional RV mechanics.
New black water tank from Inland RV.
New sewer hookups.
New Atwood toilet.
New faucets in bathroom sink and shower.
Hot water heater was refurbished. Works perfectly.
Brand new 2 burner Atwood propane cooktop.
Two electric under counter refrigerators.
New custom upholstery on all beds and couches.
Twin beds are true twins, 4 inches of custom foam topped with 2 inches of Posturepedic foam. There are foam bolsters at back so they look like couches.
Beds custom made by Coleman Mattress.
Beautiful hard wood floors, except temp floor covering in bathroom.
Tons of storage, closets and bins.
All windows work and lock.
Air conditioner blows cold, cold, cold.
Heater works from thermostat and works beautifully.
Tires are about 1 year old, original baby moons.
New propane hookups and 2 30lb aluminum tanks.
Propane lines replaced front to back.
New battery.
New power tongue jack.
Rear storage bin rebuilt.
New pan under tanks, new flooring in service area.
Brand new Blue Ox SwayPro weight distribution hitch.
New Domestic Awning, 3 year Full Replacement Warranty from Camping World.
New Scissor Jacks stabilizing and leveling jacks (2) in box ready for install.
Clear coat stripped, first polish completed.
Trailer Tongue cleaned, prepped and painted with POR-15.
No Leaks! All curved glass windows original!
All the hard work done, just needs the last finish polish. Looks great.
Here are the few items that are not perfect:
There are some dings, no serious scratches or dents.
A couple of small holes in skin where PO ran cable.
There is some sunburn on a couple of panels.
Couple of electrical receptacles don’t work.
Overall, this beautiful airstream is ready to go!
