Need help first time user

It is my first time to drive and use my 2014 1/2 interstate unfortunately i did not have anytime to read manual or any orientation from dealer so having hard time now it is all my fault anyway

Indicator shows my grey tank is almost full how can i drain it? Just turn on macerator switch and hose on open position?
