48 Liner Exterior Lights

Could someone clarify as to what lights are supposed to be on the back of a 48 Liner?

I can not seem to find any pictures of a 100% original one and i am trying to find out, if the liner had just one single tail light or two ?

i have seen some pictures with a single light in center and additional rear side lights, which appeared to be Yankee Turn signal Lights.

i know on the sides i have only the orange globe marker lights fwd and the red globe lights aft, not front lights.



Also where would i find a single light and any other ones ,if this is what has been used? Like to find an original one though.
