I have been renovating a '69 overland...new plumbing, windows, floors, electrical, gas, interior,etc.
I started the exterior and at my first round with a default polisher I purchased from VINTAGE TRAILER SUPPLY..it quits 2 feet in. That sucks but ok lets resolve it.
Call default no fuse...just a bad unit...call VTS and the guy on the phone tells me he has never heard of such a thing and not sure what he can do (FUNNY thing when I went to review the product, someone else stated their polisher quit in an hour--so my experience is not unique)...after a wait of a few minutes he comes back on the phone to tell me his boss who would approve a replacement will be back in a couple of days..
Things happen, units are bad but when you can't stand behind what you sell then I have no desire to do any business with you.
I would encourage others to shop else where. They don't back the product, Service is ambiguous at best, their prices are the same as MSRP; other than there web optimization, they have no advantage to a single other vendor.
