Mechanics or repair shops in Redding?

So the dealer checked out our brakes about a month ago and said we had 60% left. Stopped to get an oil change this afternoon and they claim 5% and that we should spend the night so they can do them tomorrow. I'm not sure what to think, so I want to get them checked out by someone reputable in Redding, CA. Any recommendations?
