replace axles

I have a 1965 Tradewind. I'm wondering if I have to replace the axles? I jacked the trailer and the wheel dropped 3" and the arms are pointing down 10 or 15 degrees when sitting on the axles. I have been towing it all over the place and it tows nice..Is there any chance these axles are fine?
