We have owned this trailer since new. It has been garaged at our home the entire time we have owned it and is in excellent condition. In the time that we have owned it we have taken it on a trip from central Oregon to the Oregon Coast once a year and then three long trips (two to Vancouver Island and one to Yellowstone).
The following upgrades have been done on the trailer:
1) All main interior lighting converted to LED
2) Battery upgraded to Optima AGM sealed no-maintenance battery
3) Refrigerator heat exchanger fan upgraded to high efficiency, ultra-quite model
4) Removed the single closet rod and added four shelves, greatly increasing storage utility
