Title: 1965 Airstream Sovereign 30 - Tennessee
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
This beauty has been totally gutted, cleaned, rust buffed out of the frame, frame repainted with rust-proof paint, windows all replaced, brand new tires, interior foam insulated, new LED exterior lights, new interior wiring and most of the subfloor is down and all new. One small problem: we got in a small accident where this guy hit the side, causing the seen hole. Fear not! The frame is not bent, you just need to replace that exterior 4' x 4' aluminum siding and about 3' of the rib. With some love and rivets, she'd be fully ready and loaded to be custom outfitted to your liking.
Realistically, this would make a stellar mobile office/home or a cool studio, AirBnb, or food truck. Depending on your goals or how much time you have to put into it, this thing can easily be made into a fun and profitable investment if you ever decide to sell it. Or would be a cool passive income as a 'side house' as VRBO or AirBnb. I think with $5-8k, a curated interior design eye, and a few month's worth of weekends would render this thing a beauty and allow it to be sold, as most old Airstreams-turned new do, for $20k+. Easily. Just would hate to see her go to the junk yard... which is where she's headed soon...
Payments via PayPal, VenMo or Chase Quickly accepted or Cashiers Check. $3000.00 OBO.
