So the tire store where I got my new Maxis tires had a hard time figuring out where to place the jack just behind the wheels and under the door. The little label on the sheet metal really wasn't clear that the arrow pointed inward to a spot on the chassis.
So, before we all figured that out, the sheet panel under the door was sorta munched. Not torn, just creased and bent inward. Luckily it really doesn't show because the stairs hides it when were camping, and nobody's looking when we're under way.
I got some additional aluminum sheet, pre-painted in a matching brown from my AS dealer, but when I started to took at what seemed to be involved in removing the old, I gave up for now.
My question, has anyone replaced one of these panels and its it as difficult as it first seems. I'm wondering if I should call a dent wizard.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for your help,
Paul
