How much will a new AC unit cost for 31 sovereign

I have a 1969 sovereign that needs a new AC unit. What should I expect it will cost to fix it?



I would like to say I will do it myself, but that isn't very likely.



I also need new brakes, oven, and burners, but the AC will be my priority now as we aren't moving it anytime soon.
