Replacing a set of keys?

I can't find my keys (yet!) and I'm wondering if getting a locksmith to replace the whole set is going to be a world of hurt or whether it's actually not that big a deal to change the deadbolt, the ignition, and the locks on all the bays of a 1986 AS 345 Moho. Anybody know?
