My 1993 Excella has an extra pink wire in the area where the wire bundle passes thru the floor to places beyond. It appears to have been abandoned by the PO, but I'm not yet sure because things are somewhat disassembled in that area. The wiring diagram in my manual lists 2 pink wires, one for the vent hood area, and one for the furnace. I found both intact and hot at the furnace and hood ends. Tracing the mystery pink wire up the wall reveals it joining a dozen other wires into the wall, which looks like it's never been disassembled. Anyone know what the mystery pink wire might be for?
