NorCal 2015 Jackson Rancheria Fally Rally October 9-11, 2015

Happy New Year to all of you!

Are you ready for another awesome rally with a return to Jackson Rancheria? The dates are October 9-11, 2015.

To some of you this post will seem to be a bit early but actually I'm running late this time!

We have 55 sites reserved for this year. At the time of this posting, I'm securing 5 additional sites and will know shortly what sites they are :)

If you are confident you can't make the rally and you see yourself assigned to a site below, let me know asap.

The Jackson Rancheria RV Resort is extremely popular and is sold-out on a daily basis.

It is also rated as one of the best parks in California. Reservations are required very early, so early in fact I'm currently working with Jackson Rancheria on my 2016 contract.

Most of you are familiar with the reservation and cancellation processes but we have a few changes noted below so please read carefully;




New Reservation Polices for 2015



1. All nights must be pre-paid to me (Coastalview) no later than September 1, 2015!

2. A cashier's check, personal check, money order, or Paypal (see note below) are accepted.

3. All nights before, during and after the rally must be reserved and paid for through me.

I've has reserved a limited number of sites for 10/6, 10/7, 10/8 prior and 10/9 and 10/10 and 10/11 after the rallydates of 9-11, 2015

4. Camping fees are $32.00 a night. This is a still a discounted rate!

5. We must report our final numbers by September 1, 2015.

6. A standby list has been created since all sites are full. Those on the standby list are in the order of your reservation from the 2014 rally or have you contacted me recently.

If there are cancellations, we will fill from the standby list in the order in which it has been filled.


New and Improved Cancellation Polices for 2015

Reservation fees are fully refundable if cancelled on or BEFORE October 2, 2015

First night fee will be charged if you cancel ON or AFTER October 3, 2015 and is not refundable. Your remaining night(s) reservation will be refunded.

Site assignments are subject to change without notice. Site requests will be honored if possible. Please understand we may have to make changes in site assignments to consolidate the group or by direction of Jackson Rancheria RV Park as the rally approaches. I will notify you if there is a site change request for your site.





Procedures for Making Reservations and Payment



1. Decide which nights you will be staying at Jackson Rancheria

2. Figure out your fee by number of nights X $32.00

3. If sending payment by check, send me a PM to request address.



If paying by use of paypal, send payment option to family and friends, no fee's
