AS inspection

I've checked the appropriate website for inspectors in southern Texas for someone to go to or near Kingsville. My map is not good for that. If anyone is willing to do an inspection I would appreciate a response. It should be an easy one, I'm looking for deal killers not negotiating points.

Someone who has owned one for awhile would be helpful.
