Wood paneling ideas

I'm looking to completely gut a 70s airstream, and really want to do wood paneling on just the bubble ends. First, do I panel over the existing interior paneling? Also, I'm hoping there's people on here who are willing to tell me what they used for paneling, fasteners/glues, and techniques for cutting and bending panels.
