Can I hook up to Internet through my DVR or TV in my 2012 FC.

I'm not up on what my blue ray and Samsung TV will do in my 2012 FC. Can I, for example, hook up to the Internet when I have WIFI coverage and watch HBO GO or Max Go for example. The TV menu shows hookup possibility for movies through Netflex, etc. I don't even understand how I would do that. Not asking for step by step instructions, but would appreciate directions on how to learn what I do have available and what is needed to hook up and use Netflex and, even better, Internet streaming movies/video.
