Trailer has been updated from original and lived in/maintained for past several years.
Renovated hickory wood cabinetry.
Walls have been fabric lined.
Floors redone in vinyl.
Refrigerator replaced with newer model.
Newer dinette cushions and upholstery which makes into full bed.
A/C blows cold, furnace working recently but needs service.
Water system including sinks, toilet, and shower in running condition, pump and water heater work, dump valve replaced with external one.
Propane system with 2 30# aluminum cylinders in good function including stove and oven.
Electrical system 120v and 12v in running condition, outlets and most interior lights function.
Newer tires appear in good shape.
Includes weight distributing hitch and electric brakes.
