Title: 1973 Airstream Sovereign 31 - Washington
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
It is time to sell my airstream trailer. I have owned it for 3 years now and have lived in it full time since I bought it. I recently moved home to seattle to help my brother build a house and am ready to move back to texas and can't take my airstream with me.
it is a 1973 airstream sovereign land yacht 31 ft rear bath twin model. Many of the original parts are still in working order including the fridge and the air conditioner (lived through 2 texas summers so i know it blows cold). I have updated the bathroom to make it much more livable with a full working toilet, new sink, and galvanized shower/tub combo that easily accommodates a full size person. I installed a tankless water heater (unlimited on demand hot water) which is amazing.
I pulled one of the twin mattresses and installed a closet bar for an area to hang your clothes, keeping the closets for storage. both mattress areas have been raised to add even more storage.
i pulled the old fold down full couch and have a queen sized futon in its place, great for sleeping if you need to stretch out.
the shell needs a good buffing and has a few small road dents, but otherwise is in great condition. I replaced all four tires before i left austin in july. i put 2000 miles on them driving up here, but other that they are brand new tires. I've got a reese weight distribution hitch ill give you so you can tow it safer.
There are a few things that would need to be done to make this airstream perfect, but for the price i think its a steal. I have lived in it happily for 3 years, and hate to sell her, but its time to move on.
I am located at the willo vista park in kent, wa (great place to live if you are looking to live full time in the trailer). shoot me an email and i'll answer any questions you may have, and hopefully set up a time to come look at it. Im leaving town in the beginning of December and need to sell my trailer before then, so if you're interested at all, let me know maybe we can work out a deal
Great for a food truck, permanent residence, guest house or to travel in.
thanks for looking.
