All the stock lug nut on my trailer are the plated cover type. The covers are loose and I can not get a socket to fit tight enough to loosen them. I have tried vice grips and hammering on smaller sockets. Any trade secrets to get the old nuts off so that I can replace them with new solid lug nuts?
