I emailed Airstream about where the water pump was on the 2006 Safari SE and they replied that it's under the closet floor, left side. The floor may or may not be hinged but should just pry open with a screwdriver.
They also sent me a diagram of the plumbing. I thought I'd pass along the pdf of the lines in case you want to add it to your documentation.
